Consumer Cancellation Rights

For most online consumer purchases, you can tell JeezMart within 14 days after receiving the goods that you want to cancel. You then normally have another 14 days to return the goods. We normally issue any refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back.

Refund Amounts

Where cancellation rights apply, a refund will usually include the standard delivery cost if one was charged. Extra premium delivery services may not be fully refunded. We may make deductions if goods have been handled beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

Some items may be excluded from normal cancellation rights, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Sealed hygiene goods that have been opened after delivery.
  • Other items where the law allows an exception.

Faulty, Damaged, Or Wrong Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, missing parts, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Photos, order numbers, packaging details, and delivery information help us investigate and resolve the issue.

How To Request A Return

  • Logged-in customers should use Returns & Support chat in the account dashboard.
  • Guest customers can contact us directly by email at Support.jeezmart@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You do not need to create an account to request a return.

Return Shipping

JeezMart will explain the return shipping process during the support conversation. We do not promise free return shipping for every case unless confirmed by our team or required by law.

Refund Method

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method where possible. Processing times can depend on payment provider and bank handling times.
